One thing I love about doing our Transition Passport with clients, is that I always come away with a sense of the young person's strengths and possible direction. I find my head buzzing with possibilities.
I was recently in a Council meeting, and met with a round of applause when I said 'it's all about matching up local issues and opportunities, with the potential of our young people. Meeting community issues with socially valuable solutions. We need to get our young people out there in their communities, seen and recognised as valuable contributors and potential employees'.
